The Getting Scramble

Everyone starts together. Maybe two fleets. Everyone sails to the best of their ability. Every time gets in a lead, let's say 10 boat length ahead must bares away and returns to the back of the pack. Everyone sails the course and everyone gets a chance to lead. The circle back should allow for some close together sailing. And the fast boats can work their way to the front again and again and again. No one really wins no one really loses but everyone sails together. No sandbagging because it doesn't do anyone good.
